SPH wishes to announce that Mrs Sng Ngoi May, Executive Vice-President, Corporate Services, will be resigning from the Company with effect from 3 May 2005.

She will continue as a Director of Orchard 290 Ltd, with her responsibilities there remaining unchanged.
