Senior exec changes at SPH

SEOW Choke Meng will relinquish his circulation portfolio and take over as executive vice-president, administration, and oversee the Information Resource Centre of Singapore Press Holdings from May 1. He will retain his appointment with the Chinese News Division but will be re-designated executive vice-president of Cultural Industry Promotion.

Chua Wee Phong, senior vice-president, circulation, will be the new head of the circulation department.

Michael Chin, executive vice-president, corporate development, will oversee Times Properties and will be appointed a director of Orchard 290.

Ginney Lim, head, legal and group company secretary, will oversee corporate relations.

Sng Ngoi May will continue as a director of Orchard 290 after she leaves SPH on May 3, with her responsibilities at Orchard 290 remaining unchanged.
