The Directors of Singapore Press Holdings Limited wish to announce that at the Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 5 December 2006, all resolutions relating to matters set out in the Notices of Meeting, both dated 1 November 2006, were duly passed.
