(SINGAPORE) The Business Times Weekend gave a new dimension to 'neat and trim' when it launched its first compact-size edition last Saturday. At its road show in Citilink Mall, subscribers new and old thought it was a perfect fit for their up-and-about weekends. And they also discovered a quality paper filled with compelling reads.

Among them was Ang Ziaian, 27, an operations manager working in Ubi. He found the new layout and contents attractive and decided to sign up immediately. HC Leong, a manager with a major listed company, also took up a subscription. 'I'm glad BT retained the stock prices pages,' he said. 'Even though we have computers, I prefer not to switch them on on a weekend. It's better to read the prices on the page. It helps us decide what to do in the coming week. The transacted property page will also be useful for some people.'

In addition to the HouseHunt table, the new Wealth section comes with personal finance and investing strategies, and a look at the property sector.

To go with a relaxed weekend, the Living section is now a handy pullout. There is also a corporate news focus, and a column in which top corporate personalities share their views and outlook.
